Most presidents spend their first 100 days finding their office. I know exactly what I am doing on day one. Here it is — in writing — before I am elected. Hold me to it.
Executive Order — Day One
Executive order directing the Treasury and IRS to cease enforcement of income tax, capital gains tax, estate tax, and all other taxes not explicitly authorized by the original Constitution. Simultaneously introduce legislation to formally repeal the 16th Amendment and replace the federal tax code with a single transparent consumption tax. Your labor belongs to you. God gave it to you. The government does not have a constitutional claim to it.

Immediate executive order suspending all foreign aid, military assistance, and weapons shipments to Israel pending a full congressional review and constitutional authorization. No American taxpayer money funds foreign conflicts without explicit Congressional approval. America First is not a slogan. It is a governing principle.

Executive order directing the Attorney General to publish a complete accounting of every DOJ settlement fund disbursement for the past 20 years — every recipient, every dollar, every date. Simultaneously introduce legislation permanently ending the practice of directing settlement funds to third party organizations. Estimated total redirected: $200-300 billion. Every dollar will be accounted for publicly.
DOJ Directive — Day One
Direct the DOJ to investigate and prosecute every current and former federal official who has violated the Emoluments Clause or broken their oath to the Constitution. No immunity agreements. No statute of limitations games. Public servants who betray the Constitution answer for it. The oath is not ceremonial. It is a contract with the American people.
Executive Order — Day One
Executive order suspending all federal Title IV-D funding that incentivizes state DCF and CPS agencies to separate families for financial gain. The federal government will no longer pay states to destroy families. A complete audit of every family separation case funded by Title IV-D incentives will be conducted and published. God designed the family. Government has no right to profit from destroying it.
Presidential Commission — Day One
Establish a Presidential Commission on Judicial Corruption to investigate corrupt judges, unconstitutional court practices, and the use of fines, fees, and incarceration as revenue generation against American citizens. No American should lose their freedom because they cannot pay a government bill. The 13th Amendment abolished slavery. The court system's debt trap is its modern successor.
Executive Order — Day One
Real-time public disclosure of all federal spending, all Congressional travel, all executive branch meetings, and all regulatory decisions — updated live and available to every American without a FOIA request or a lawyer. National Security Directive — Day One
Designate post-quantum cryptography migration as a national security emergency. Mandate all federal systems begin quantum-safe migration immediately. China is spending $15 billion on quantum computing. A quantum computer breaks every encrypted communication, every bank transaction, every military secret simultaneously. America must achieve quantum supremacy. We will.
Congressional Directive — Day One
Direct Congress to pass a full audit of the Federal Reserve within 90 days. The institution that controls American monetary policy has never been fully audited. They print your money. They set your interest rates. They answer to nobody. The inflation tax is the most insidious tax in existence — it was never voted on and nobody can opt out. That ends.
